(3215) Maximum level of normal operation
The level of maximum elevation of flow line, under, not only steady flow conditions but also combination of the various circumstances and conditions which might arise during any normal operation at any section or point in a canal. It further includes a proper allowance for the uncertainties of errors. If it conforms to that designed, it may, for the sake of distinction, be called `designed maximum level of normal operation`, and if it differs, it is called `actual maximum level of `normal operation`.
